While it is most important to us to make sure you are getting EXACTLY what you want, we also want to make sure it is as stress free for you as possible.
Step 1: Select your Garment
Whether it be a stock garment or a DYO garment you are after, have a look through all our garment options, then have a chat with your year group to decide on what garment you want to go for.
If you need any advice on selecting the best garment, flick us a quick email with your requirements and we will point you in the right direction. We love to help.
Step 2: Get your Design Sorted
Once you have chosen your garment, we can then look at your branding design. Choose from one of our awesome template designs, which we can customise for you for FREE! Or send us through your own design and we will make your design work. We will create visual mock ups until you are 100% satisfied. Another amazing feature that our site has is the DESIGN YOUR OWN feature! Click on DESIGN YOUR OWN to use our great online tools and create an amazing look.
Step 3: Place your order and make payment
Once you have approved your artwork you can start collecting orders. We will send you through a spreadsheet to fill out. Once everyone has placed their order, email the spreadsheet back to us and we will and send through your invoice for the final amount payable. You can pay via internet banking, credit card, debit card or cheque. We recommend collecting money from the students when you take their order or ask your dean or school office if they would be able to help you with this. We cannot start producing your gear until full payment has been received. Once received, your gear will go into production and we will let you know when it will be dispatched.
Step 4: 100% Satisfaction
If you are a school or a club/company that has an account, you need only pay 50% up front. The rest is payable when you receive the good and are completely satisfied
